REST

Like in bed, nowhere.

A truth like a temple when it comes to our physical, emotional and mental well-being.

We must always try to have adequate rest, no less than 7-8 hours a day, in order to ensure that we are in an adequate state that allows us to perform at full capacity in each training session and subsequently reap the fruits of it.

TRAINING

When training we must be constant and always be aware that the results are obtained in the medium/long term, never in the short term.

Furthermore, we must always keep in mind the fact that these results will be conditioned by an appropriate procedure.

There is a maxim that sometimes less is more.

This is especially true when it comes to training.

It is always better to do less well done than a lot poorly executed..

Remember that in all training we must take great care of the technique, hydrate ourselves appropriately and not overdo it to avoid physical and mental stress.

VICES THAT AFFECT OUR TRAINING

We could not write this article without making a brief mention of those harmful habits that negatively impact our well-being and reduce the fruits of our training.

We are referring especially to two habits that are deeply rooted in our society .

We are talking about tobacco and alcohol.

TOBACCO

Each cigarette has hundreds of chemical compounds present inside that enhance addiction and seriously harm your health.

The habit of paying to swallow smoke not only affects your wallet, but it is very likely that over time it will end up taking you to the grave.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol consumption today has become socially accepted and even popularized.

But you must be aware that alcohol seriously harms both your mental health and your cognitive ability and your physical well-being.

If for one reason or another you drink alcohol, do so in moderation, do not put your life at risk.
